Terms of Service

By accessing or booking through Janani Travels, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

To confirm any vehicle booking, an advance deposit is required. Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of deposit. The balance amount must be settled before or during the journey as specified.

• All rates include fuel, driver charges, and maintenance unless stated otherwise.
• State permits, toll fees, and parking charges are billed extra unless specified.
• The distance and time calculation starts and ends at our garage location.

Cancellation charges are calculated based on when the cancellation request is received:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• Certain promotional or holiday bookings are non-refundable.
• Force Majeure: No refunds or liabilities for cancellations due to natural disasters, government strikes, or lockdowns.

For driver and passenger safety, specific night duty regulations apply:

• Drivers cannot drive continuously for more than 8 hours without rest.
• Night driving charges apply for trips extending between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• The customer must provide adequate food and clean accommodation for the driver for multi-day outstation trips.
• Drivers have the right to refuse driving on unsafe roads, hazardous routes, or during severe weather conditions.

Passengers must behave responsibly during the journey:

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Passengers are liable for any physical damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior due to negligence.
• Seat belts must be worn at all times as per traffic safety regulations.
• Valuables must be kept secure. Janani Travels is not responsible for lost items left in the vehicle.

Janani Travels is not liable for:

• Delay due to traffic congestion, road construction, breakdown, or accidents.
• Loss or damage to passenger baggage or personal belongings.
• Personal injuries, illnesses, or delay-induced business losses during the journey.

Our maximum liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid for the booking.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
